I sent this letter to NWC members yesterday:
Hello everyone!
This Monday, New Work City will be opening for business in its new home base, 394 Broadway, Fifth Floor! We’ll be shacking up with our new friends at Green Spaces, an eco-focused shared workspace you’ve heard me talk about in the past.
You can expect all the same basic amenities as you have here on Varick Street.
Transit
Transit options are better for most lines.

NQRW Trains to Canal Street (1 block)
ACE Trains to Canal Street (2 blocks)
1 Train to Franklin Street (3 blocks)
6 Train to Canal Street (3 blocks)

Membership
During our stay at Green Spaces, all memberships will be treated exactly the same. Whatever you’re paying for now, you should expect the exact same deal down there.
If you want to stay
Nothing will need to change, just show up at 394 Broadway 5th Floor starting Monday.
If you want to cancel your membership
Let us know, and we’ll cancel the PayPal subscription and give you a prorated refund for your April payment.
If you’re not sure
Let’s schedule a time for you to come visit our new space and discuss options. We can put your membership on hold for a period of time if you want to wait and see how things go with our new space.
Transition
We’re planning on being closed all day Friday, as we move our furniture downtown. You’re welcome to join us, just don’t expect to get much done.
We’ll be having a small party that evening to bid farewell to our first space; feel free to join us at our 200 Varick space starting around 6pm!
I’m excited to explore a new part of town and look forward to seeing you all there. The folks at Green Spaces are rather cool and I think we’ll get along with them famously.
