As we round out our first week in our new space, I thought I’d share our checklist of things that we had to work on since we opened on Monday:
- DONE: Get on local network and work out initial kinks
- DONE: Integrate with Green Spaces’ conference reservation system
- DONE: Sort out entry/exit/open/closing procedures
- IN PROGRESS: Fix issues with network slowdowns (GS has ordered a new access point for us)
- IN PROGRESS: Get comfortable scheduling events in the space
- IN PROGRESS: Label the front door and elevator button better
- IN PROGRESS: Fix the fancy new HVAC air conditioner before it gets too hot!
Much more to do, but we’re off to a great start!
